Hi, I’m Stephanie Hernandez, the founder of FitFlex Coaching. My passion for fitness started in high school, where I was heavily involved in sports and influenced by growing up with four older brothers. That early drive led me to pursue certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, and Pilates, along with a specialization in PCOS nutrition. With a background in exercise science and a goal of becoming a physician assistant or physical therapist, I combine evidence-based techniques with real-world experience to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
